He was previously with PGAL, a well-respected engineering and architectural firm providing and validating project construction costs, preparing and designing roadway, storm sewer, and drainage landscape construction plans and evaluated submittals to determine compliance with specifications and construction design criteria. Mr. Bryan has both a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
