Gilbert A. Herrera J. Finley Biggerstaff Jacek M. Mucha D. Scott Bryan Harvey H. Cody III				Jacek M. Mucha, Vice President, has extensive experience with respect to performing complex financial analysis, litigation consulting and equity research. He has supported the work of testifying experts, conducted economic analysis related to complex litigation involving antitrust claims, mergers and acquisitions, and damages. He was previously with Banc of America Securities, Van Meter & Associates and El Paso Merchant Energy where he was actively involved with covering oilfield service companies and managing valuation and acquisition analysis. Mr. Mucha is a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Economics and will complete his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009.
